Job Summary
Purpose
Provides assistance to the area by drafting Quality System documents preparing quality internal performance indicators and following up of Quality events.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepares drafts of Quality Management Systems documents.
- Prepares the quality internal performance indicators and necessary reports.
- Follows up Quality events (customer claims/disatisfactions non- conformities etc).
- Complies with Tenaris policies procedures and management standards and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Management Quality Assurance or related fields.
- Recent graduate or up to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems is an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages are a plus depending on the region.
