Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring security systems responding to emergencies and providing assistance to patients visitors and staff.

Essential Functions
-Monitor security systems including CCTV cameras access control systems and alarm systems to detect and respond to security breaches or incidents.
-Maintain situational awareness by observing video surveillance feeds and monitoring system alerts.
-Document and report any suspicious activities security incidents or policy violations according to established procedures.
-Respond to emergency situations such as medical emergencies fires security breaches or other incidents.
-Initiate appropriate emergency protocols and procedures including contacting emergency services notifying relevant personnel and providing assistance as needed.
-Maintain communication with emergency response teams providing updates and coordinating efforts to resolve the situation.
