Quality Policy

How youll make an impact:

Establish and maintain a Quality Culture by assuring and controlling Quality with systems tools and teams to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations;
Lead and participate in root cause investigations and analysis determine and implement corrective andpreventive actions to avoid recurrence;
Proactively evaluate and develop quality processes measure quality activities review and coordinate qualityassurance and quality control activities and recommend and implement measures to improve operationsefficiency reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction;
Implement review and improve quality system procedures which support Hitachi-Energys strategic initiatives to improve the customer experience;
Living Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

Bachelor/ masters degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
Ability to read and interpret specs drawings schematics and part lists including prior experience withelectrical electronics and mechanical components for build requirements;
Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods approaches andtools;
Experience with statistical techniques process control charts data collection and analysis for problemresolution (5Why Fishbone FMEA 8D etc.) in a manufacturing setting.
