Job Summary

About the Role:

NOK Human Capital is currently hiring on behalf of a leading sportswear brand in Egypt. We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer with a proven background in sportswear and gymnastics apparel design. The ideal candidate will combine performance-driven design with aesthetic excellence and an in-depth understanding of functional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Design seasonal collections for sportswear and gymnastics apparel from concept to final samples.
Develop detailed tech packs including flat sketches fabric details and construction notes.
Conduct market research trend analysis and mood board development aligned with brand identity.
Select appropriate performance fabrics and trims tailored to flexibility breathability and durability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pattern makers sample room and production to ensure feasibility and quality of final products.
Participate in fitting sessions and incorporate feedback into design revisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Based in Cairo with the ability to work on-site.
Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
2 years of experience in activewear sportswear or gymnastics apparel design.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (required upon application).
Proficient in the following software:
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
CLO 3D or Browzwear VStitcher (preferred)
Microsoft Excel (for BOMs spec sheets line plans)
Solid understanding of garment construction fabrics and finishing techniques in sportswear.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in gymnastics wear leotards or team uniforms.
Familiarity with sublimation printing and other advanced fabric techniques.
Knowledge of athleisure trends and performance textile innovations.
