With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely were searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Tasks

As the Full Stack Developer at CONROO you will contribute to building scalable reliable and user-friendly software products. You will work across the entire stack from designing intuitive front-end experiences to building performant back-end services and APIs.

• API & Data Foundations: Build and optimize APIs services and data models to support product features.
• Code Quality: Maintain high code quality through reviews testing and clear documentation.
• User Interfaces: Develop responsive accessible and engaging user interfaces.
• Architecture & Strategy: Contribute to technical strategy and make informed architectural decisions.
• Problem Solving & Support: Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with design product QA and DevOps teams to deliver aligned solutions.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React Vue or Angular
• Strong expertise in Java and Java-based backend frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot Quarkus)
• Experience with databases (SQL)
• Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS GCP or Azure
• Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g. Pub/Sub RabbitMQ)
• Solid understanding of logging monitoring and debugging practices
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus
