The Application Leader undertakes the management of one or more Outsourcing projects. The Application Leader manages the team of technicians to ensure delivery is to budget to specification on time and to customer satisfaction. The Application Leader will demonstrate full competency in area of expertise & be able to share this expertise with others provide guidance and support. The Application Leader will complete tasks/role independently or with minimum supervision/guidance in a diverse environment. The Application Leader will also have a deep understanding of internal and external business issues and best practice in specific discipline and be able to apply it to the specific role to monitor and control costs in work horizon.
