We are looking for an HR Specialist Recruitment to join our international HR team.
In this role you will initially focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our Dutch operations. Over time you will take on additional HR responsibilities contributing to the development and implementation of broader HR initiatives.
You will work closely with hiring managers HR colleagues in Germany and the Netherlands and external partners to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
As recruitment stabilizes your role will evolve to include areas such as onboarding employee engagement learning & development and HR operations.
Your responsibilities are:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from job posting and sourcing to interviews and hiring.
Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring needs and provide market insights.
Source candidates through various channels conduct interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Olenexs employer brand represent the company at job fairs and events and strengthen relationships with universities.
Act as a key user of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) supporting hiring managers and maintaining engaging and accurate career page content.
Monitor recruitment metrics and agency performance integrating best practices and innovative sourcing methods to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.
Contribute to broader HR projects such as onboarding employee engagement and learning & development.
Who are you

A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Several years of hands-on recruitment experience or HR ideally gained in an international or fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive hands-on attitude and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
