Manages individual performance and develops direct reports; ensures teams compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal process
Works with stakeholders and project managers to create and maintain communications plans as they relate to business change messaging; provides content for communications relating to business change across area of responsibility
Communicates with senior management regularly to ensure program is in alignment with departmental and organizational goals and processes
