Job Description
Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Salisbury Wiltshire
Salary: Up to 12.00 per hour good overtime rate
Working Hour: Full Time inclusive of sleep ins
Hourly Rate: 12.00 per hour
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Childrens Residential (enrolled/ working towards)
Experience in Years: Previous experience within a Childrens Residential home
Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Support young people with hobbies social activities and developing new skills.
- Assist with morning routines including preparation for school.
- Prepare meals and provide a safe and relaxing home environment.
- Help young people explore new opportunities and reach their full potential.
- Deliver relationship-based person-centred care within a small team.
