As we continue to grow were looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team and help us expand our presence in the tech market.
What Youll Be Doing
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant youll kick-start your career in recruitment with hands-on experience and expert guidance. Youll work alongside a supportive team receive structured training and have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting business development through calls meetings and networking
- Learning to map your market and stay ahead of industry trends
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting referrals and creative recruitment strategies
- Writing engaging job adverts
- Assisting with offer negotiations and managing the recruitment process
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- A passion for people and a genuine interest in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive driven and resilient attitude
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
