Job Description
Mold Masters is looking for a Repair Operator to join our team at our new facility site in Phoenix AZ.
The Repair Operations group is responsible for maintenance modification disassembly repair reassembly test calibration diagnosis and correction of problems. Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return. Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
A Repair Operator is also responsible for performing complete operation checkout modification disassembly repair reassembly test calibration diagnosis and correction of problems.
Work Youll Do:
Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.
Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
Job duties are primarily straightforward repetitive and manual activities; may collaborate on more complicated tasks.
Works within established standards procedures and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of maintenance background experience including mechanical electrical schematics and blueprints
Requires skills developed through formal training or work experience.
Must be able to follow instructions
Have good organization skills and maintain safety standards
Valid drivers license for local travel only
Preferred Qualifications:
Tool/mold making experience
Machining
Disassembly and reassembly of hot runner equipment
