R&D Finance Team is looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for owning and effectively managing all of the financial needs for our Hardware Technology teams. This team member will execute periodic spending forecasts and quarter close activities and also coordinate an annual operating plan process for the next fiscal year budget. As Financial Analyst you will work cross-functionally with Engineering Program Managers Global Supply Managers Technical Accounting and other business partners to support the development and implementation of the latest Hardware Technologies. This position requires an individual who is a strong team player has experience with database systems a good working knowledge of SAP Tableau and Excel and excellent attention to detail. The preferred candidate will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and have a history of proactive problem solving. The analyst will work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and often with tight time constraints.
5 years relevant Finance experience
BA/BS degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
Professional work experience in Finance/Accounting with exposure to financial processes related to close forecast and annual operating plan cycles
Crisp verbal and written professional interpersonal skills; ability to compile and present data to senior leadership
Strong financial systems and business application skills including SAP Essbase Excel Keynote Workday/Adaptive & Tableau
Curiosity and willingness to learn about module technologies through the lens of finance
Strong analytical skills and ability to work within ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple programs or projects at once and to self-direct efforts as appropriate among competing priorities
Work well with others in a team setting and independently
