Title: Receptionist Officer - $23.50/hr

Location: Waltham MA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00PM-7:00PM

The start date for this position is November 1st.

TheReceptionist Officerposition serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the building providing customer service and information to aour employees and visitors.

Qualifications:

Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors or employees providing directions and answering inquiries while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Provide a positive professional and welcoming environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.

Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.

Intermediate computer skills required.

Requirements:

At least 18 years of age.

Reliable means of communication and transportation.

Legal right to work in the United States.

Ability to effectively speak read and write English.

High school diploma GED or equivalent.
