This certified contractor operates across Washington Oregon and Idaho specializing in both commercial and residential roofing solutions. Certified installer for industry-leading manufacturers including Owens Corning GAF Versico GenFlex Duro-last and Johns Manville with strong reputation for quality workmanship and professional service.
Job Info: Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial roofing projects throughout the Pacific Northwest region. Conduct detailed site inspections analyze project specifications and develop competitive proposals for diverse roofing systems including repairs replacements and new construction. Work with established manufacturer relationships to ensure optimal pricing and materials selection. Position involves travel throughout Washington Oregon and Idaho territories to evaluate projects and maintain client relationships.
Requirements: 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience with strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
