Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead the construction of faith-based facilities churches and municipal projects throughout the Greater Houston area. This is a key field leadership role with a well-established general contractor recognized for its award-winning work deep preconstruction expertise and ability to deliver complex multi-phase projects on time and on budget.

What Youll Do:

Oversee all field operations on assigned projects from site preparation to final completion.
Coordinate daily work activities subcontractors inspections and safety compliance.
Lead on-site scheduling logistics and quality control to ensure excellence in workmanship.
Maintain strong communication with project managers owners architects and inspectors.
Manage fast-paced schedules while working on occupied campuses when necessary (e.g. church expansions city facilities).
Ensure jobsite safety implement company safety program and promote a culture of safe work practices.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
Proven success building churches municipal buildings or similar institutional projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills with field teams subcontractors and owners.
Proficiency with scheduling software daily reporting and project documentation.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
