What We Offer:

• Competitive base pay of $20/hr commensurate with experience and skills

• PT schedule and professional growth opportunities

  • FRI-MON: 3pm-9pm shift

About the Role:

In this position you will:

• Assign customer appointments to sales advisors via CRM system

• Monitor upcoming schedules to ensure all customer appointments are covered and sales advisors are evenly utilized

• Assist with on-the-spot schedule adjustments operating as a liaison between the customer and sales advisors

Key Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience required

• Prior CRM experience specifically Lead Perfection preferred

• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

• Strong verbal communications skills

• High organization and multitasking abilities
