Work Arrangement & Compensation: The work arrangement is structured in two phases. From October to February inclusive the role will be50% of a full-time role with a hybrid structure with a monthly salary range between THB 25000 to THB 30000. The role then transitions to full-time onsite from March to September inclusive with a monthly salary range between THB 50000 to THB 60000.
*Note: You will also receive a variable performance-based incentives.
OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:
The Events Coordinator will lead the planning and delivery of the AEE-APAC 2026 Conference in Bangkok ( an international gathering of experiential educators practitioners and thought leaders. This role is responsible for ensuring that the conference runs smoothly across all aspects including logistics communications and stakeholder coordination. It will provide a high-quality experience for participants partners and speakers.
This position will ensure that JUMP!s role as co-host is carried out effectively with attention to detail clear planning and reliable execution. By managing timelines coordinating with multiple committees and teams and keeping operations on track the Events Coordinator will make it possible for the conference to achieve its objectives and leave a lasting impact on the experiential education community.
The Events Coordinator will report to JUMP!s Learning and Development Manager.
