We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Finance Executive to join our team at CureMD. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The Associate Finance Executive will be crucial in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide quotations to clients and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) based on contract specifications ensuring accuracy and compliance with company pricing policies.
Generate work orders following approved quotations accurately documenting all relevant details.
Ensure precise itemized billing by selecting the correct item heads for each transaction maintaining consistency and accuracy in the billing process.
Process signed work orders by creating invoices and managing payment collection in a timely manner.
Ensure that no contract or work order is processed without proper payment confirmation and authorization adhering to established protocols.
Collaborate with the supervisor to assist in the day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.
Process contract invoices and strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the organization.
Enter and post payments accurately into QuickBooks maintaining up-to-date and organized financial records.
Demonstrate strong data entry skills to maintain precise and organized financial data for easy retrieval.
Exhibit the ability to multitask effectively and quickly adapt to new processes and tasks fostering professional growth and development.
Collaborate with the internal audit team as needed to provide necessary financial documentation and support during audits.
Engage in direct client interactions to oversee and manage accounts receivable which included communication via phone calls and emails.
Utilize accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or other relevant systems) efficiently to perform accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
A bachelors/ masters/part-qualified ACCA degree in accounting finance or a related field (or working toward one).
Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions.
Knowledge of accounting software especially QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong data entry skills and the ability to work with large volumes of financial data.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to adjust to a nocturnal work schedule and maintain productivity during nighttime hours.
Good communication skills to interact with colleagues supervisors and clients.
Demonstrated capability to handle unexpected challenges and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively.
Ability to work in US timings (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
