What are we looking for

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our HVTI team with a highly competitive salary range up to 46581.47 depending on experience.

This is a full time permanent position would require the post holder to work up to 37.5 hours per week.

This is a Monday-Sunday Days/Nights/Weekends role with the following shift patterns:

  • Monday to Sunday Long Days 0730-2000

  • Monday to Sunday Nights 1930-0800

  • Bank Holidays 0730-2000 & 1930-0800

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team with specialisms in Interventional Cardiology Cardiothoracic surgery with some vascular as well as cardiac/medical conditions. Our elite team of cardiologists provides care for common and complex heart conditions helping to treat coronary artery disease valve and structural heart disease heart failure and arrhythmias with innovative evidence-based therapies.

What will your duties include

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCLs established policies proceduresand protocols.

  • Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

  • Evaluate update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expectedoutcomes

  • Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.

  • Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the WardKPIs are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.

What we need from you

  • Nursing Bachelors Degree.

  • ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire or within 3 months of hire.

  • Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)required with no restrictions to practice.

  • Evidence of continuing professional development within digestive diseases field

  • Must be willing to undertake relevant post-registration courses.
