Job description: Early Years Lead

Salary: 52219 - 56154 Depending on experience

Start Date: 1^st January 2026

Hours: 27.5 hours per week

Are you currently working in Early Years and understand how young children learn
Do you have excellent communication and organisational skills
Are you effective in working with parents
Are you able to create a vibrant stimulating indoor and outdoor classroom with attractive displays and inviting learning activities
Do you have at least three years experience of Early years
Do you have experience of managing staff
Are you interested in becoming a member of the SLT and supporting school improvement
