Bayview Kubota is currently hiring the position of KUBOTA Sales & Service Administratorwhich will be based out of our Fredericton New Brunswick location. The Bayview Group of companies are proud to represent both Kubota and Kenworth as well as many reputable short lines under the Bayview Kubota and Bayview Kenworth names. The Kubota Sales & Service Administrator will support four (4) Bayview Kubota locations including Fredericton Woodstock Miramichi and Bathurst.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- providing equipment and warranty information to customers with new Equipment purchases
- assisting Sales personnel with Sales deals and contracts
- Scheduling service calls for Field Service technicians
- launching a NEW Field Service dispatch process which requires extensive cold calls to build the customer base for the Field Service route. Includes handling warranty recalls and campaigns for Bayview customers.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of appointment scheduling software
- Other Administrative duties will include participation on Branch Safety committee preparing minutes for Branch meetings overseeing Kubota Dealer software and training assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills with a desire and motivation to perform independently. Other qualifications include:
- Effective time management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including EXCEL and Word are a necessity
- Service Advisor Experience will be considered an Asset.
