About the opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Senior Manager Information Security to take the lead of our cyber security and assurance function. This is your opportunity to influence and lead enterprise-wide cyber risk initiatives and make a meaningful impact on the safety and integrity of WorkSafes digital assets and services.
As the Senior Manager Information Security you will lead a team of dedicated security and assurance specialists to deliver robust future-ready cyber and information security services. Youll set the vision and strategy to protect WorkSafes digital environment and ensure compliance with national and international standards all while helping to shape a security-conscious organisational culture. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director WorkSafe Technology and working across the business to influence policy build capability and proactively manage information risk.

About you
Your will bring significant experience in a senior information security or IT leadership role ideally with experience within the government or public service sectors as well as a deep knowledge of cyber security information assurance privacy practices and risk management.
