This role delivers a customer experience where no request is unrealistic. Answering inbound calls and on occasion making necessary follow up outbound calls combined with daily emails and administrative tasks. Ensuring our customers stake holders and contractors receive consistent efficient service and support 24/7.
You will thrive on providing the best customer experience be highly motivated think outside the box and have great communication skills.
Opportunity
Due to our on-going growth. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service consultant within our Auckland Customer Services team. With a passion for people making a difference for our time-sensitive customers needs through exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes and competencies:

- Some geographical knowledge of Auckland and main towns or cities across New Zealand

This is a full time 40-hour week role between 9.30am 6.00pm Monday to Friday with the occasional rostered Saturday shift based in Penrose. An immediate start desirable.
