Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitts purpose by building shared success with our customers making access to the highest quality hygiene wellness and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales were focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10000 sales people across the world within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales Key Accounts Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Area Managers primary responsibility is to manage customer relationships with all pharmacies in the assigned area leading a pharma reps team and building strong commercial relationships while achieving agreed commercial objectives through the execution of the companys 3D objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets.
- Ensure Vision Pharmacy perfect model execution (3Ds).
- Develop strong customer relationships continuously communicating regarding RB products and commercial proposal.
- Develop sales forecasts accuracy and inform teams planning in advance
- Communicate order information to Client Services and manage status timing delivery invoicing.
- Seek opportunities for the companys benefit and effectively utilize technology both internally and externally.
- Coach develop and improve the team and its development.
The experience were looking for
- Location in Sevilla or Málaga.
- Educated to minimum university degree level in Health Science.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience Leading Commercial/Sales Teams in the Healthcare industry.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills strong commercial understanding of business issues.
- Results oriented entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
- Tenacious and resilient driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
