Qualifications:
- Education:Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure:Must possess an active and unrestricted New York State LCSW license.
- Experience:New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Soft Skills:Strong empathy excellent communication and interpersonal skills cultural competence and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population.
- Develop implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies.
- Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of clinical social work practice.
