Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe Reliable Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support including the following disciplines: Reliability System Safety and Supportability.
Life Cycle Engineering seeks an Integrated Logistics Support this role you will be responsible for executing tasks in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Sustainment Analysis and Sustainment Planning. This will include tasks such as technical documentation spares analysis provisioning support training and field service activities.
What You Will Do:
- Provide general engineering support and product sustainment activities for developmental and legacy programs.
- Assist in the development of action plans to address key engineering focus areas.
- Act as a liaison with all engineering disciplines such as Systems Electrical Mechanical Test Materials and Processes and Structural design functions.
- Perform supportability analyses and provide recommendations for long-term product support including but not limited to spares recommendations maintenance procedure updates and parts and materials substitutions as needed.
- Performing supportability taskings Logistics Support Analysis technical documentation updates training curricula reports and presentations and spares management.
- Developing and refining supportability analysis and developing/populating the Logistic Support Activity database.
- Ensure the technical integrity quality and adherence to standards of the In-Service Support (ISS) products produced for Logistics Provisioning Field Support Intermediate Level Maintenance and Depot Level Maintenance through engagement in peer reviews program reviews design reviews failure review boards investigation teams and working groups.
- Conduct and coordinate customer-facing training events.
- Business travel may be required.
- This position is based at Raytheons facilities in Tucson AZ and is designated as ONSITE.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with logistics sustainment support plans system fielding proposals integration and/or life cycle management.
- Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience leading teams to develop technical documentation and training materials and writing technical documents with accuracy and adherence to existing standards.
- Former military experience in the Weapons or Ammo career fields.
- Broad knowledge of ILS processes including sustainment and supportability principles and concepts.
- Experience with the use of the Technical Data Package (drawings parts list interface control documents and electrical schematics).
- Experience managing equipment calibration.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
