Americas Internal Audit Manager

Were looking for aforward-thinking Americas Internal Audit Manager to join our Global Audit team based atMilan HQ and reporting directly to theAmericas Internal Audit Senior Managerin Highland Heights (US).

This is ahigh-impact role with visibility to senior leadership and governance bodies combining independence with collaboration. You will partner with theGlobal Internal Audit teamand business leaders across the Region and the Group to drive meaningful change.

Your focus will be on what matters mostturning complex issues intoclear value-adding recommendationsand ensuring timely follow-up and sustainable remediation.

You will also:

• Own the endtoend audit lifecycle(planning scoping fieldwork reporting and followup) for financial operational compliance IT and fraud audits in line with the annual plan and IIA Standards.

• Embed analytics and KRIsinto planning and testing to prioritize scope anticipate emerging risks and strengthen assurance; buildrepeatable analytics and dashboardsthat scale across engagements.

• Deepdive core processesto assess control design and operating effectiveness;quantify impact and risk and deliverpractical actionable recommendationswith clear owners timelines and success measures.

• Prepare and deliverclear concise reports and dashboards highlighting key findings trends and critical risk insights.

• Drive timely remediationby agreeing action plans with stakeholders monitoring status to closure and validating effectiveness.

• Support the Chief Audit Officer and the Americas Internal Audit Senior Managerin deliveringaccurate highquality and impactful reportingfor theRegional Leadership Team theControl & Risk Committee and theBoard.

• Champion digital transformationof Internal Audit by leveraging data mining process mining and automation to streamline testing documentation and insight generation.

• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and professional skepticismby challenging assumptions scanning for new and emerging risks (e.g. cyber supply chain ESG) and continuously upskilling.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Masters degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Engineering or Computer Science.

• 5 years in internal audit risk assurance with Big 4 and/orglobal complex organizations with a strong preference for industrial or manufacturing sector experience.

• Strong knowledge of internal controls governance and risk management frameworks.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics tools (Qlik Power BI or similar).

• Familiarity with process mining AI and automation is a plus.

• Certifications:CIA or CPA preferred.

• Languages:Italian Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Decision making attitude critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong teamwork skills results oriented and ambitious mindset.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
