Your role:

We are seeking a motivated Brand and Product Manager to join our team on a 9-month maternity cover contract managing the Construction Adhesives (Liquid Nails) portfolio one of the companys largest and most impactful retail this role you will lead and implement consumer-driven marketing strategies that grow market share strengthen brand equity and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on position where you will take ownership of brand plans execute integrated multi-channel campaigns and manage key projects from concept through to market launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams balancing creativity with commercial acumen to ensure flawless execution and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand and product strategies that drive category growth and differentiation.
Manage end-to-end project planning and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.
Lead flawless execution of brand campaigns and day-to-day marketing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects seamlessly and effectively.
Monitor budgets forecasts and performance metrics identifying risks and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
Strong project management experience with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets forecasts and delivering outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to quickly understand product usage and technology; experience in construction/building is valued but not essential.
