Make an Impact
- Engage and interact with customers on social media app. Ex telegram
- Deliver given sales targets
- Liaise with customers on pre and post sales for Service signed related products
- Liaise with sales support on any order or customers issue
- Educate accurately and convincingly to customers on SingTel product thur social media
- Able to give advice to customers on customers needs on Singtel services like installation for Fibre.
- Managed customers expectation for the service and installation
- Provide accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos.
- Provide excellent follow up with customer on any enquiry
- Attend sales meeting / training for the latest promotion.
- Provide excellent sales services in various sales environment. (Road Show / Shop / Digital platform)
- ManageSales leads from New Build Projects and Expats Program
Skills for Succes
- Currently pursuing aDiploma/Degree
- Tech savvy and familiar with usingsocial media applications
- Customer-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
