Job Summary
Purpose Statement: A site-level position providing direct support to support the health of employees and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.
- Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.
- Updating and developing the medical department procedures.
- Employees medical care.
- Supervision of medical staff.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Intermediate decision making and problem solving.
- Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.
- Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.
- Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word Excel Visio etc.) and internet-based systems.
- General office equipment and materials.
