Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in the classroom Education World is currently recruiting for confident and caring TAs to support pupils and teachers in primary schools across the Chester-Le-Street area.

Role Overview:
As a Early Years Teaching Assistant you will support the class teacher with lesson delivery work with small groups and individual pupils and contribute to creating a calm and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning in the classroom across a range of subjects
• Provide targeted support to pupils who may need additional help
• Assist with the preparation of resources and classroom organisation
• Help manage pupil behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to meet individual pupil needs

What Were Looking For:

• Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a classroom setting (voluntary or paid)
• A calm patient and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting childrens development
