You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailProvides timely and effective administrative support to customers and sales teams as the primary liaison between customers Sales & Marketing and solution specialists. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience following established procedures and guidelines.
What you will do
Main Point of Contact for Customers as well as Sales & Marketing teams being first call resolution for any query or request
Holds the relationship with the Customer providing excellent customer experience and service
Supports sales in providing full visibility on customer interactions by managing customer requests and queries
Interacts with service specialists where customer queries require deeper knowledge of a specialist area or further investigation
Works with service specialists to proactively manage exception-based tasks to enhance the customer experience - via C4 platform
Gain knowledge of the relevant end-to-end SMM process for a certain customer / customer group and leverages the service specialist network effectively to provide an excellent customer experience
Supported by the network of service specialists identify opportunities to optimize order to billing activities and investigate customer queries which cannot be resolved during the 1st call
Who you are
English Portuguese and Spanish Language skills are a must
Previous experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Customer Focus with knowledge on managing orders efficiently ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures
Team Collaboration and good communication skills
