Customer Facing and Order Management Representative Iberia

About the Role

Provides timely and effective administrative support to customers and sales teams as the primary liaison between customers Sales & Marketing and solution specialists. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience following established procedures and guidelines.

What you will do

  • Main Point of Contact for Customers as well as Sales & Marketing teams being first call resolution for any query or request

  • Holds the relationship with the Customer providing excellent customer experience and service

  • Supports sales in providing full visibility on customer interactions by managing customer requests and queries

  • Interacts with service specialists where customer queries require deeper knowledge of a specialist area or further investigation

  • Works with service specialists to proactively manage exception-based tasks to enhance the customer experience - via C4 platform

  • Gain knowledge of the relevant end-to-end SMM process for a certain customer / customer group and leverages the service specialist network effectively to provide an excellent customer experience

  • Supported by the network of service specialists identify opportunities to optimize order to billing activities and investigate customer queries which cannot be resolved during the 1st call

Who you are

  • English Portuguese and Spanish Language skills are a must

  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as a plus

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Customer Focus with knowledge on managing orders efficiently ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures

  • Team Collaboration and good communication skills
