Job Summary
- Job responsibilities:
Be responsible for the business and technical research and development in the SPAD pixel field driving innovation in business technology and professional solutions to enhance technical competitiveness and contribute to commercial success:
- Lead and complete the overall planning of requirements specifications design implementation testing and maintenance in the SPAD projects pixel domain to elevate the influence of this technology in the industry;
- Conduct key technology research in the SPAD pixel field proposing influential patents in the industry; lead technological innovations in the SPAD pixel field which have been proven to effectively support the companys technological advancement and product competitiveness;
- Ensure that SPAD products consistently maintain top-tier competitiveness in the industry supporting the products commercial success.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Business Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in semiconductor chip principles design and process flows; demonstrated successful development experience with SPAD image sensors;
- Proficient in silicon-based process development flows with mastery of fundamental principles for deposition etching photolithography etc.. Possess experience in CMOS process integration Backside illumination (BSI) and 3D stacking technologies;
- Established industry influence in SPAD pixel technology with clear insights into cutting-edge developments be capable of maintaining top-tier competitiveness in the field.
- Professional Knowledge Requirements:
- Degree in Microelectronics Optoelectronic Engineering Semiconductor Physics Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor chip principles design and process flows; 10 years of development experience with SPAD/TOF/CIS image sensors.
- Language:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Dutch or Chinese language knowledge is a plus
