Were currently seeking safety-conscious technically skilled Diesel Fitters to join our Machine Rebuilds Team in Welshpool WA. Enjoy a 7 on 7 off day shift only roster (Wednesday-Tuesday 6am6pm) where you will have the opportunity to drive to work and be home every night!

Were currently rebuilding a range of machines including 785C 793D/F trucks D10T dozers 16M/18 graders and 854/992 loaders. The workshop runs at a fast pace with strict deadlines so strong rebuild and outage experience is essential.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited too:

Disassemble and assemble CAT machinery including dump trucks graders dozers and loaders
Promote a strong safety culture and support ongoing training and technical development
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop

About You

Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
Current Australian drivers licence
Proven experience with CAT heavy earthmoving equipment rebuilds
Proficient in CAT SIS (essential)
High-risk work licences: Forklift & Dogging (essential) Rigging (desirable)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Committed to safety and technical excellence
