Job Summary
Parts Department Manager
Diehl Automotive is seeking anexperienced Parts Department Managerto lead our busy and growing operation. We are looking for a driven professional with a proven background in GM/Chevyparts management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department including inventory control purchasing and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize department productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure seamless support for both retail and wholesale customers.
- Train mentor and manage parts staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor financial performance budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in a dealership parts department beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of GM parts
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high-volume operation.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
