Job Summary

Location: Near Columbia MD with 23 days also including local site visits

Salary:$25$30/hr (55k-62k/yr) performance-based bonus

Schedule:MondayFriday 7:00 am 3:30 pm


About the Role:

Our company is seeking a motivatedBilingual Construction Administratorto support representatives and assist employees in ensuring fair working conditions. This role is primarily office-based but includes23 days per week of employee check-ins and site visitsthroughout Baltimore County and the DMV area. Candidates must be located withinBaltimore County and the surrounding area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry document requests and maintain records using Excel
  • Support representatives in addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Build rapport with employees on-site and serve as a trusted point of contact
  • 23 days per week will include some local travel for employee check-ins onsite within the Baltimore/DMV region
  • Attend chapter meetings and occasional Saturday events
  • Monitor job conditions on-site and collect payroll documentation for reporting
  • Conduct surveys and submit information to relevant platforms


Required Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required (company vehicle provided)
  • Proficient in Excel (basic functions color coding drop-downs) and other Administrative tasks
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees in the field
  • Punctual detail-oriented and committed to learning about the construction and trades industry
  • Tech-savvy with reporting and documentation skills
  • Experience in construction or nonprofit environments is a plus
