We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence Blockchain AR/VR Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers missions in cyber RF undersea interstellar and everything in between.
Working as an integral team member in lowering overall billing cycles times and increasing collections the Advanced Billing Associate will prepare a minimum of 150 basic Firm Fixed Price (FF)/Time & Material (TM) and commercial invoices per month completing them accurately and compliantly in support of revenue EBIT and cash goals. Youll be expected to follow all billing policies and procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits as well as track and maintain billing information in the financial systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations

What you bring to the table:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business equivalent strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting processes and practices
Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) DFAR DCAA DCMA DoD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act preferred
Strong computer skills including knowledge of accounting software applications such as MS Excel Hyperion Essbase Oracle

Target salary range: USD $30.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
