ASSOCIATE PASTOR Timberlake Duvall
Part-Time

The Associate Pastor (Timberlake Duvall) plays a vital support role in church leadership by assisting with administrative operations pastoral care facility management and Sunday service execution. They help coordinate staff and volunteer teams lead small group development and assist the Location Pastor with strategic planning pastoral appointments and community engagement. This role ensures excellence in both spiritual care and organizational effectiveness across the campus.
Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities
- Administration
- Assist with collecting the necessary supplies for the week/weekend.
- Assist the Location Pastor with paperwork budget and scheduling meetings.
- Pastoral Care
- Assist the Campus pastor with Pastoral appointments (counseling premarital counseling weddings funerals etc.)
- Weekly coffee/lunch with volunteers group leaders and potential leaders as needed.
- Facilities
- Assist in opening/closing and preparing the facility for services small groups and other on-campus meetings and activities.
- Sunday Responsibilities
- Assist in hosting service.
- Assist in opening closing and preparing the facility.
- Assist in planning implementing and facilitating all services.
- Small Groups
- Lead develop and recruit small groups and their leaders.
- Grow plan and execute seasonal small groups.

Position Details
- Sundays required flexible on other days based on meetings and schedule
- 12 hours a week. 8 hours on Sunday and 4 hours for meetings during the week.
- $25 - $28/hour DOE
- Accrued PTO
