Job Summary

Provides employee relations in accordance with organizational policies and practices. Assists in strategic planning. Helps determine organization unit and site goals.

  • Directs workgroups daily activities resolves problems answers questions assigns and prioritizes work.
  • Performs staffing and resource planning by scheduling resources and monitoring processes on a day by day basis redeploying resources as needed.
  • Develops employees through coaching and counseling directing assignments planning and directing training activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years experience or HS/GED and 9 years experience in management and/or production.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years in management and/or production. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
