Summary
Were building a unique Strategy & Corporate Development organization that brings together Strategy Strategic Planning M&A and Global Transformation under one roof. As part of James Hardies transformation this team partners with senior leaders and external stakeholders to identify opportunities solve complex challenges and accelerate impact.
Were hiring a Manager to lead strategic initiatives support M&A execution and drive key transformation priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments embraces ambiguity and is excited to help build something new.
What Youll Do:
- Strategy Development: Partner with business leaders to identify define and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- M&A & Corporate Development: Lead or support M&A processes from target identification and due diligence through deal execution and integration planning.
- Transformation Leadership: Collaborate with functional and business unit leaders to drive cross-functional transformation programs performance improvement and change management.
- Executive Communication: Develop board-level presentations investment theses and strategic recommendations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape emerging trends and potential disruption across building products and adjacent industries.
What Youll Bring:
- 510 years of experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking private equity or a high-growth corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex cross-functional projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative humble and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Prior building materials manufacturing or industrials experience is a plus but not required.
What Youll Receive:
As of the date of this posting a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $XXX000.00 to $XXX000.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience skills geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
