NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Childrens and Young Peoples Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young Peoples Services

Experience in Years:
Minimum 2 years experience managing an Ofsted home with a rating of Good or above

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above childrens home. You should possess strong leadership skills a passion for high-quality care and a commitment to providing a supportive environment where children and young people can thrive. You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or QCF Level 5 Diploma in a relevant field with a keen eye for detail and a focus on positive outcomes for young people.
