Job Description
The Innovation Departments Mission
Innovative Project Management: Collaborate with internal business units to test and develop cutting-edge solutions using technologies like Artificial Intelligence driving digital transformation across Euronexts operations.
Innovation Culture Development: Actively work to enhance the skills of Euronext staff ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize and understand new technologies. Lead comprehensive training sessions and workshops to promote change management and technological acculturation throughout the organization.
Competitive and Technological Monitoring: Keep Euronext staff informed about the latest technological advancements and trends that could impact our strategic focus providing actionable insights on emerging technologies and market developments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Innovation :
- Leading strategic innovation initiatives through comprehensive competitive monitoring to maintain awareness of industry innovation trends.
- Conducting strategic analysis to establish Euronexts target positioning within the innovation landscape.
Use cases and projects identification and prioritization :
- Identifying and prioritizing relevant use cases and projects to drive innovation objectives forward.
- Meet with internal business units to identify pain points operational needs and business ideas matching them with our technical expertise to design transformative AI-driven projects
- Facilitate idea generation and screening processes through structured brainstorming sessions systematically collecting and prioritizing innovative concepts for scalable implementation
Product Development & Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical teams to develop innovative projects from conception to deployment including defining comprehensive requirements creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) overseeing development processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle
Innovation Event Management:
- Organize and execute innovation challenges hackathons and collaborative workshops to foster creativity and technological advancement
- Develop compelling demonstrators and technical showcases that illustrate the practical applications of AI and emerging technologies
- Lead technical sessions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration during innovation events
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
- Design organize and deliver comprehensive training sessions on artificial intelligence applications methodologies and best practices within the organization
- Create educational content and resources that make complex AI concepts accessible to diverse audiences across different business units
- Establish continuous learning programs to maintain organizational AI literacy and competency
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders external partners and technology vendors
- Communicate project progress innovation outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to ensure successful innovation adoption
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Proven background in project or product management innovation management or related field with demonstrated success in driving technological initiatives
Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies applications and implementation strategies
- Proficiency in innovative and agile methodologies with hands-on experience in iterative development processes
- Basic understanding of blockchain cryptocurrencies and other emerging financial technologies
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops training sessions and collaborative events
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication across international teams
- Proficiency in French or other languages spoken within Euronext markets (Portuguese Italian Dutch etc.) is advantageous but not mandatory
