Education Qualifications Accreditation Training:

• A degree in Engineering Construction Management Finance or a related field.

Purpose:

Worley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Baton Rouge Louisiana. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project controls within an EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) environment along with exposure to finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues.
• Support the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Assist in cost control and financial analysis activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of project control procedures and tools.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of project finance and accounting.
