Qualifications and requirements

Front Office Representative assumes responsibility for the efficient productive and professional operation of the front office which includes telephone and patient reception scheduling of patients collecting patient demographic and insurance informationmaintainingnon-clinical supplies and receiving/documenting patient payments.

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.

• Oneyearexperience working in a medical/business office of insurance rules and regulations medical terminology computer scheduling systems and bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
