Job Summary
Overview
Rockwall Ford is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a Receptionist to our team.
This is a full time position starting at $15/hour. This position has a rotating schedule:
Week A - Saturday: 9am - 7pm and Monday - Friday: 2pm - 8pm
Week B - Saturday: OFF and Monday - Friday: 12pm - 8pm

Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Greet and assist guests
- Scan and file for the Service department
- Contact customers for registration stickers
- Additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Superior customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Must have a valid ID.
