Job Description

Koin Games is seeking an experienced Producer to coordinate and drive the production of card content and live service operations for our new-school collectible card game. This is a hands-on leadership role: youll be managing schedules aligning designers and engineers and ensuring that card releases battle passes and live updates ship at the highest quality and on time.

You will partner with the Lead Card Designer to translate creative vision into a reliable content pipeline manage day-to-day execution and collaborate across disciplines to ensure smooth integration of new cards and features into the game. Youll oversee card release scheduling cross-team communication and live-service cadence while keeping the team aligned with our product goals and delivery standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the production pipeline for card releases battle passes and live ops content.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Card Designer to build & maintain a release roadmap aligned with project goals.
  • Coordinate across departments (design engineering art QA) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Track milestones manage sprints and proactively identify risks to schedule or quality.
  • Support the card design team by ensuring design decisions are unblocked and deadlines are met.
  • Facilitate structured reviews and playtests ensuring feedback loops are documented and acted upon.
  • Monitor game balance and live ops performance metrics working with the Lead Card Designer to prioritize adjustments.
  • Maintain high standards of clarity communication and accountability in the production process.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5 years of production or project management experience in games including at least 2 years working on live-service titles
  • Familiarity with competitive card games or live-service games and understanding of how content cadence impacts player engagement.
  • Demonstrated success managing a content pipeline with regular updates (weekly/monthly releases).
  • Strong project management skills: sprint planning backlog management and cross-discipline communication.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Asana) to track and report progress.
  • Proven ability to facilitate decision-making and cut through indecision to keep production on track.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills able to convey priorities risks and needs clearly.

Bonus Skills

  • Direct experience with collectible card games or competitive strategy games.
  • Familiarity with analytics KPIs and player feedback loops in live ops environments.
  • Understanding of balance tuning processes and ability to discuss design decisions with credibility.
  • Experience coordinating across remote or distributed teams.

The Legal Bits:
In Compliance with local US law we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of Koins total compensation package which may also include bonuses and LTI or other program specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials.
We offer competitive pay based on market standards plus a significant bonus structure. The base salary for this role is between $100000 to $165000 depending on skills and experience. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including experience level skillset and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
This role is full time exempt and will be fully remote
The ability to work on Pacific time is required
Global non-US candidates will be considered only on a contract basis
