Job Summary
Position Summary:Under the direction of the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer the Director of Safety and Security provides leadership and oversight of schoolwide safety compliance and security programs to ensure a safe supportive and legally compliant environment for all Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) students staff and visitors. The Director of Safety and Security acts as a liaison with other department directors and various city county state and federal agencies in relation to safety and compliance. This position facilitates and coordinates with the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer during the implementation of safety security and compliance protocols and manages emergency preparedness. The Director of Safety and Security develops implements and maintains comprehensive safety protocols to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and Process:This posting provides only a summary of the position.
