What Youll Do:
As a Customer Experience Specialist youll be at the heart of the guest experience:

Greet and assist guests with questions slope passes rentals and lessons
Answer phones and respond to emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
Help guests plan their perfect day on the mountain
Keep the front desk and guest areas running smoothly and efficiently

What Were Looking For:

A friendly outgoing and approachable personality
Excellent communication skills for phones emails and in-person interactions
Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Previous customer service experience hospitality or ski industry experience is a plus
