About the Role
Make a real impact behind the scenes of Nottinghams library services.
Are you organised proactive and looking for a role where every day is different Were looking for a Library Support Officer to join our Business Team and help keep our libraries running smoothly.
In this key role youll provide reliable and efficient administrative financial and performance data support to library services across the city.
Youll be involved in a variety of tasks including processing purchase orders invoices and financial transactions; collecting inputting and checking data to help improve our services; assisting with office administration stock control supplier management and room bookings; and responding to customer and colleague enquiries by phone email and in person.
There are 2 Part-time posts available:
Post 1: 19 hours per week (anticipated Monday - Wednesday)
Post 2: 18.5 hours per week (anticipated Wednesday - Friday)
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working collaboratively managing multiple tasks while making a difference to the communities we serve.
