Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Internal / Family Medicine Practice in Annapolis MD. As the first clinical contact for patients the RN will respond to urgent symptom calls and MyChart messages with expert triage and timely guidance. This role includes educating patients on acute and chronic conditions coordinating care with providers and quality teams and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN will also support daily practice operations step in as needed to maintain smooth workflow and mentor team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.

What Youll Need to be Successful:

• Bachelors Degree Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or Compact State
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Previous ambulatory experience in Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine is highly preferred
• Be able to multi-task

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
